All viral hepatitis is reportable.  Most sources of viral hepatitis are hepatitis A, B, C, D, or E. See disease specific guidelines for hepatitis A, B, and C. Reports of hepatitis D, E, or “other” do not typically require public health follow-up beyond reporting in Paris.
